  ABOUT THE AUTHOR OF ESPIONAGE & LOVE UNMIXED ​

Saundra L. Williams is a retired Labor Union Leader, who started this, her first novel, in 2009.  She retired in 2012 with the intention of completing it in all that leisure time she thought she would have once she retired.  However, after retirement, life, fun, travel, golf and numerous fun distractions got in the way until she attended a class called How to Write a Book in 30 days on February 16, 2017, at the Auburn Hills Senior Center.  The class instructor was Don Staley, who became her coach.  As a result, Saundra was finally once again motivated to write. And write, she did, every day, until her first draft was finally completed on March 28, 2017. So, the moral of the story is-Stop Procrastinating. but, even when you do you can still go back and get it done.
Saundra holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Labor Studies from Antioch University and a Masters in Business Administration/Human Resources from the University of Phoenix. 
Saundra resides in Auburn Hills, Michigan with her Partner, Herman Greene and her cat child, Jennifer.  She has one adult son and 6 grandchildren. Writing this book can finally come off of her lengthy bucket list.  However,  the next novel now goes on the list.
 At 68 years young, she is happy, healthy and now motivated to write her next novel. She sincerely hopes you enjoy this novel, as much as she enjoyed writing it for you.

I acknowledge my loving son, Gentry, who kept me on track with his phone calls and texts; my most times better half, Herman whose creative and sinister mind helped to shape the espionage plot; my friend, Doriscine, who was the first to read my rough draft and call with accolades : “I  read it in four hours and couldn’t put it down. I love it.”  I sincerely thank her for even agreeing with my somewhat biased opinion, that the book should become a movie.  I also acknowledge my friend Gladys, who didn’t read the entire book, but who cared enough to offer a glowing review.; my most helpful friend Delilah, who sent chapters back with “red” marks all over to help ensure that my readers would get a  more complete vision of my characters and plot.  I owe her so much for the time she spent.  I acknowledge with love, my beautiful and talented granddaughter, Jessica,   who created the most fabulous book cover, one so perfect that it had me standing  in Meijer’s book section, looking at other covers, but  finding none  that came even  marginally close to comparing with the one created by my  granddaughter’s talent, perfection, and skill.

I acknowledge all those whose names I borrowed to utilize in a fictional way only for characters in my book.  Never fear, for  I used only your name, but not your life stories. The personalities displayed by the character who carries your name has very little to do with you, or how I feel about you, as I love you all. I simply needed to name my characters, and fondly thought of you.   (The stories have been changed to protect the innocent.) I hope you will find it complimentary, that I was simply thinking of you while writing this novel.
